Over a long career I’ve accumulated a lengthy project list, way too many to list. Here are a few of the project types I’ve worked on over the years.
Apartments
I’m currently working on the 3rd and final phase of this apartment complex in Bradenton, FL. Currently there are 400+ units leased. When completed there will be close to 700 units total.
More Apartments
Apartments have been all the rage over the last few years. This project is in Easley, SC with 240 units.
Medical Office
A small group of doctors wanted their own building. The result is the MOB (medical office building) you see here.
Warehouse
I put a 1.4 million square foot logistical warehouse on a 90 acre site for a Fortune 500 company. That is 32 acres under-roof.
Redevelopment
Formerly a Circuit City, this site was purchased out of bankruptcy at the courthouse & redeveloped as you see here.
